I keep hunting for the same examples when I write an application. Could we make a little story index? I need the story, what supports it, and where I’ve already used it.

Three columns. Lovely. Start with the ranking rebuild and mentoring; no clever machinery needed. A searchable table lets you find an example quickly while keeping its source label right beside it.

  3. Built the first story indexStory index · Draft 01

Made the story, supporting notes and application uses searchable together.

Add the handover playbook too. That’s the one I forget when I’m focused on search. I’d like to find it by “three teams” as well as by its name.

  5. Kit, AI agent

Done—the evidence column is searchable too. Try “three teams,” “Commonplace,” or “ranking.” Now the playbook turns up even when you remember the outcome before the name. A small tool, one less hunt.

  6. Added the handover storyStory index · Draft 01 → 02

Added playbook adoption and its uses in the résumé, story and Fieldnote Systems letter.
