What happens on the first call?
We’ll talk for 15 minutes about what you’re looking for and how I work. You can ask me questions about the format, cost and timing before deciding whether to make an appointment.
Do I need to know what to talk about?
You can come with a specific concern or a feeling that something has changed. You can begin with as much of it as you feel comfortable saying.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
A regular online session is 50 minutes and costs £90. The 15-minute introduction is free. We can discuss a possible schedule on the introductory call.

I work online with adults who are going through a change in work, relationships or family life.
Some people come with one decision on their mind. Others want space to think aloud and notice what they keep coming back to. I’ll ask questions, listen and make room for what you want to take up that day.

You can ask for an introductory call in a few lines. Your general availability is enough to start. You can save anything personal for the call.
